In this week’s “Ask a Sista: Black Women Muse on Politics, Policy, Pop Culture and Scholarship,” with Dr. Goddess, Jenifer Daniels and Cheryl Contee, we snatched the wigs of Arthur Davis, Hurricane Isaac and Chris Brown’s Mom, we spoke the unspeakable of the death of @DivaSexyDallas, who was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend (and tweeted about his threats of killing her as her last tweet) and children missing in South Carolina. We also discussed Rihanna’s interview with Oprah, whether or not we thought it was a sincere and engaging interview and the backlash surrounding her statement that she still loves Chris Brown and wishes him peace. We were looking forward to Oprah’s interview with Gabby Douglas and had no idea that Dr. Goddess would end up in a Twitter debate with Oprah that night (which we will obviously discuss in this week’s Ask a Sista on Sunday, 7pm). Finally, we were inspired by the wins of the week: Congratulations to Dr. Goddess who is a recent graduate of Progressive Women’s Voices Media training by the Women’s Media Center, We’re looking forward to winning with Jenifer Daniels chopping it up big time in her hometown of Charlotte for the Democratic National Convention, including a Town Hall with BET, and with Cheryl Contee and Dr. Goddess joining her at the DNC to do “Ask a Sista Live!” and more!

Stay tuned and remember to #AskaSista on Twitter!

This week on #AskaSista, with @Ch3ryl and @DrGoddess, we snatched Chad Ochocinco Johnson’s wig, VH1’s wig, Evelyn’s wig (for past discretions), Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan’s wig (a pattern here) and more!

Should the Miami Dolphins have cut Chad? Should VH1 have canceled their show?

What does Mitt Romney’s choice of Paul Ryan for Vice President mean for their campaign and America, if elected?

Are you aware of Paul Ryan’s history with Social Security?

Were you Inspired by Michelle Obama and Gabby Douglas on the Jay Leno Show?

Do you live in a battleground state? Will you allow Voter ID laws to suppress the Black, Latina, Woman, Senior and Youth vote?

Do you know who Jordan Miles is?

Who’s winning in your world?

All on #AskaSista <— Our hashtag on Twitter!
